Refunds

Within 14 days of any payment, including a renewal, ask for a refund of that payment and you get it, without having to say why. Write to hello@version.cam from the address on the account, or reply to the receipt.

The refund goes back to the card that paid, usually within ten days. The plan ends when it is refunded; your clips keep playing, as they do whenever a plan ends.

If you buy as a consumer in the EU or the UK, you also have the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. This policy gives you at least that, whatever you used in the meantime.
