A security vulnerability goes to the address insecurity.txt, which is the same one. We answer in English or Slovene.

Point of contact under the Digital Services Act

clips.version.cam stores the clips our customers publish and serves them to the public, which makes version.cam a hosting service under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. The single point of contact for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the Board (Article 11), and for anyone who uses the service (Article 12), is hello@version.cam, in English or Slovene. As a micro-enterprise, version.cam is exempt from the Act's duties for online platforms and from its transparency reports (Articles 15(2) and 19). What applies is this point of contact, terms that say what may not be hosted, a way to report content you believe is illegal, and a reason when something is removed; theterms hold the last three.

The brand and the firma

Versioncam and version.cam are the names of the product and the site. The legal person behind them is the one named above: a contract, an invoice or a notice names it, never the brand.
